Privacy notice

KhyontekAI Pvt Limited, India (“KhyontekAI”, “we”) operates Spasht-Health. This notice explains how the public beta handles information when it explains a medical document.

Information processed

When you choose to analyse a report, the selected images and extracted report text are sent to a configured artificial-intelligence provider to produce an explanation. If you request hosted narration, the explanation text is sent to Microsoft Azure Speech. The report image is not sent to Azure Speech.

Storage and retention

Spasht-Health does not intentionally persist uploaded reports or generated narration on its servers. Recent reports and consent choices are stored in your browser. You can remove report history with “Clear history” and withdraw analysis consent through “Manage analysis consent”. Generated audio is kept in memory only and is removed when the report changes or the page closes.

Our hosting and AI providers may process limited technical information, such as IP address, request time, and service diagnostics, under their own security and retention practices. We do not use report contents for advertising or analytics.

Purpose and legal choices

Report data is processed only after your affirmative action and consent, to provide the explanation or narration you requested, protect the service from abuse, and troubleshoot service failures without intentionally logging report contents.

Your choices

You may decline analysis, withdraw consent, clear local history, or stop using the beta. Because Spasht-Health does not maintain accounts or a report database, we generally cannot identify or retrieve a report after your session.
