It reads the values printed on your lab report, prescription or discharge summary and explains each one in plain words: what it measures, and where your value sits against the range your own laboratory printed. It then suggests questions worth asking your doctor.

Spasht-Health is free during the public beta and needs no account or sign-up. Paid options are planned only for things that do not exist yet, such as very long reports and services for laboratories.

Photos or screenshots (JPG or PNG), or a PDF — up to five pages per report. If a PDF is longer, you choose which pages hold your results; covers and terms pages can be left out.

For the best reading, photograph the page flat, in good light, with every edge in the frame.

Eighteen: English, Hindi, Assamese, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Kannada, Gujarati, Malayalam, Punjabi, Odia, Urdu, Bengali, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese.

You can switch language on a report you have already explained, without uploading it again. The values stay exactly the same; only the explanation is rewritten.

Your values appear as soon as the page has been read, and the explanations fill in while they are written. Most reports are fully explained within a minute.

Yes. Open Next steps on your report and use Read aloud. The first time, you choose between a natural voice service and your device’s own voice. With the natural voice, only the explanation text is sent to Microsoft Azure Speech — never the image of your report.

Open Next steps and choose Save as PDF. You get a visit summary: the overall reading, your questions as a checklist to tick off, and every value against its printed range, with the ones furthest from range first. You can also copy the questions from Ask your doctor.

No. Spasht-Health is a translation, not a diagnosis. It explains what is printed on the report. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatment, or tell you to start, stop or change any medicine. Your doctor has the final word.

Spasht-Health reads values as printed and never invents one. A blurred or cropped photo can still be misread, so every result keeps what was printed next to the explanation — check it against your paper report.

If the explanation for a value cannot be produced, the value is still shown, exactly as printed, marked as not yet explained.

Talk to a doctor about it. The markings compare your value with the printed range; they are not a judgement about your health. If you feel unwell or a result worries you, contact a clinician promptly, and in an emergency call your local emergency number.

Not on Spasht-Health’s servers. When you choose to analyse a report, its pages and the text read from them are sent to an AI service to produce the explanation, and Spasht-Health does not keep them afterwards.

Your last ten reports are saved in this browser, on this device, so you can reopen them. Use History and then Clear history to remove them.

No. Spasht-Health asks for your permission before the first analysis. A PDF is turned into page images on your own device, so the file itself is never uploaded.

Use Manage analysis consent at the bottom of the report page. Spasht-Health will ask again before the next analysis. Read the full privacy notice.

Yes, in any up-to-date mobile browser, with nothing to install. You can take the photos straight from the camera.
